Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Our voluntary statement on the steps we take to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Financial year: 2026 Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Introduction and our commitment

Compose Sales Partners Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form, whether in our own business or in our supply chains.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which involve the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

We make this statement voluntarily. As a business below the turnover threshold set out in section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are not legally required to publish a statement.

We choose to do so because we believe transparency and clear ethical standards are the right way to operate, and because our clients and partners rightly expect it.

2. Our business

Compose Sales Partners is a practitioner-led sales and commercial transformation practice. We provide senior advisory and transformation services to businesses, led personally by our Managing Partner and supported by a tightly held network of senior practitioners and specialist partner organisations engaged on demand.

We are a small, professional services business based in the United Kingdom.

3. Our supply chains

Given the nature of our business, our supply chains are limited and low-risk in relation to modern slavery. They consist principally of:

  • Professional associates and specialist partner organisations engaged to support client delivery.
  • Providers of professional services, such as accounting, legal, insurance, and IT services.
  • Providers of software, technology, hosting, and digital tools.
  • Providers of office, administrative, and general business services.

We consider the risk of modern slavery occurring within our direct business and our immediate supply chains to be low, given that our associates and suppliers are predominantly skilled professionals and established businesses operating in regulated, low-risk sectors and jurisdictions.

We remain alert to the possibility of risk in extended supply chains and keep our assessment under review.

4. Our policies and the steps we take

We uphold the following standards and take the following steps to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our business or supply chains:

  • Ethical conduct. We conduct our business honestly, lawfully, and with integrity, and we expect the same of everyone we work with.
  • Fair engagement of people. We treat everyone who works with us or on our behalf fairly and with respect, and we engage them on fair and lawful terms.
  • Supplier and associate expectations. We expect our associates, partner organisations, and suppliers to share our commitment against modern slavery and to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Due diligence, proportionate to risk. We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that those we work with are reputable and operate lawfully, and we will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking.
  • Raising concerns. We encourage anyone who has a concern about modern slavery connected to our business to raise it with us, and we will treat any such concern seriously and confidentially.

5. Responsibility and review

Responsibility for this statement and for our approach to modern slavery sits with the Managing Partner of Compose Sales Partners Ltd.

We will review this statement periodically and update it as our business develops, and at least annually while we continue to publish it voluntarily.

6. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Managing Partner of Compose Sales Partners Ltd.
