Clients trust Compose Sales Partners with their strategy, their numbers and their people. That trust extends to how we run our own business: how we treat the people who work with us, how we protect information, how we travel and what we buy.
Our approach is governed by the board and set out in board-approved policies. We measure our greenhouse gas emissions every year using the GHG Protocol, and we are completing our first EcoVadis assessment in 2026.

In October 2026 Compose Sales Partners made the SME Climate Commitment through the SME Climate Hub, which is recognised by the UN Race to Zero campaign. We commit to halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030, reach net zero before 2050 and report our progress publicly every year. Our first full-year report covers 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027.
We fund verified climate projects through Ecologi for every business flight we take. We joined Ecologi in October 2026 and, at the same time, funded projects to cover the flights already taken that year. The projects are run by providers certified by Gold Standard or Verra.
This does not replace cutting our own emissions and does not count towards our reduction targets. We do not claim to be carbon neutral.
